It is the goal of this web site to become a place where the Finnish community of the Washington DC area can meet to discover and share information about the Finlandia Foundation, as well as events and news of interest to the whole DC Finnish community. You do not need to be an FFNCC member to register at this web site.

The web site is made up of a few key areas:

News and events: news categories include site news, community, events, FFNCC, Finland, and National.
Articles: a place for information outside the normal news categories that have a more permanent nature
Web links: a list of internet links of interest to Finns
Photo Gallery: a place for you to share pictures
Discussion forum: community bulletin board with numerous topics

The content of these areas are, to a great extent, dependent on our members. Registered members are free to submit news items, articles, and photos. These will be reviewed by the administrators and posted after a short delay. The discussion forum is open for everyone to read but only members are permitted to post. Forum posts are immediately visible to the community. Please Register! When you register you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please follow the instructions on the e-mail.
